Smokefree
Restaurant Search
As
of April 15, 2006, the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act requires
all restaurants and bars be 100% smokefree. No additions or
corrections were made to the New Jersey database since April
15, 2006. This online searchable database serves as a model
for other organizations that would like to develop a similar
database of smokefree restaurants if their jurisdiction does
not yet require 100% smokefree restaurants.

- About
the restaurants on this site:
- They
are entirely smokefree indoors, but may be in a mall or
hotel that is not entirely smokefree.
- All
are eat-in, sit-down places where you can get at least a
light meal.
- Restaurants
with alcoholic beverage service, including those with 100%
smokefree bars, have those features listed. For a list of
all New Jersey restaurants with alcoholic beverage service,

- Chain
restaurants are not listed individually in our searchable
database. Lists of chains with smokefree dining will appear
at the end of your search results.
- Every
restaurant was verified by phone by New Jersey GASP. Please
report additional restaurants or changes to New Jersey GASP.
