11/19/13: New York City's increased age-of-sale law covered in Chinese newspaper

The Chinese newspaper Epoch Times reported on the new NYC tobacco age of sale law, signed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg on November 19, 2013. GASP was referenced in the story as a technical expert, citing to Dubai instituting a new 21 age of tobacco sale law in November, following the October 30 NYC Council vote that was in favor of the bill.
