1/23/13: Hudson County to ban cigarette smoking in parks

Hudson County Freeholders may introduce an ordinance that would ban cigarette smoking in county parks and would impose fines on people smoking near areas where children play. Read an article from the Hudson Reporter on January 23 about the introduction of the ordinance.
