2/19/13: Phillipsburg Town Council considers smoke-free parks

Phillipsburg will hold a work session about smokefree parks ordinance in March after a compelling presentation by the Warren County Integrated Municipal Advisory Council (IMAC) which presented evidence for the necessity of 100% smoke-free parks to the Phillipsburg Council.
