9/21/10: Surf City, NJ resident pushes for smokefree beach ordinance.

For several years, resident Daniel Nee has asked the Surf City Mayor City Council to ban smoking on all town beaches. The section of the bay beach is already smokefree, per their city ordinance. Click here to read an article in the local newspaper, The Sandpaper.
