11/8/10: Chatham Borough passes an ordinance to ban smoking at outdoor municipal parks.

On November 8, Chatham Borough Council unanimously voted in favor of an ordinance to make all municipal outdoor parks and recreational areas 100% smokefree. Read an Alternative Press news article from October when the ordinance was introduced.
