2/13/14: San Diego to consider a proposal to regulate electronic cigarettes
San Diego’s Councilman Mark Kersey drafted a proposal to be considered by the city of San Diego Committee asking that e-cigarettes be regulated the same way as traditional cigarettes and restrict the use of e-cigarettes in all public facilities.
