3/19/14: The San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to E-Cigs like Regular Cigarettes
San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors voted in support of treating e-cigs like traditional cigarettes. This bill will include e-cigarettes in its current antismoking laws, ban the devices in most public places, require sellers to secure a special permit, and prohibit sale in pharmacies and other businesses where tobacco sales are banned.
