9/28/11: Report finds less than a penny of every dollar New Jersey raises from tobacco goes to smoking prevention and cessation.

On September 21, 2011 American Cancer Society (ACS) released its report "Up in Smoke". The report discusses the need to fund New Jersey's tobacco control program by raising tobacco taxes and through other revenue generating resources such as increasing the licensing fees to sell tobacco.
